Yoga for beginners

Sounds great, but where do you actually start yoga? You can practice a number of yoga positions and keep trying this time and again until it goes as it should. We have looked up a number of basic attitudes to begin with.

♥ The mountain position

Breathe in and raise your arms along the sides of your body along your ears. Make your arms long and look up. Keep the shoulders low, extend your back and open your chest while the lower ribs continue to point towards the hip bones. This mountain position gives you a straight back and strong legs.

Yoga is very relaxing. You learn with yoga to completely relax and fully concentrate on your body. But where do you start yoga? And what are the fables and facts?

Yoga is very good for you, there are many reasons why you should start practicing yoga. Yoga, for example, ensures stress reduction. Yoga limits the physical influence of stress on the body. Thanks to the relaxing effect there will be a decrease in the stress hormone cortisol in the body. There are additional benefits such as lowering blood pressure and heart rate, improved digestion and increased immunity.

Yoga also relieves symptoms of anxiety, depression, fatigue, asthma and insomnia. In addition, yoga also makes you incredibly agile. And it helps to improve body posture, which in turn helps to relieve the pain of neck and muscle forces.

♥ The bow

Lie down on your stomach, bend your knees and bring your arms back and grab your ankles. Then raise the upper body and keep your shoulders relaxed. Start swinging in the bow posture by moving your weight forward so that you can swing from your navel to the front and back. Rock for about 30 minutes and then relax by lying on your back with your knees raised to your chest. The bow makes your back, hips and shoulders more flexible and it strengthens the back.

♥ The cobra

Lie down on your stomach with your forehead on the floor and the top of your toes also on the floor. Then get your upper body off the ground by putting your hands on the ground so that they are under your shoulders and extend your arms. Reach with your upper body forward. The cobra posture gives your abdominal organs and kidneys a deep massage and also strengthens your back.

Fortunately there are also a lot of videos with different yoga sessions.
